FrameStory Terms of Use
By using FrameStory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app
FrameStory helps you create photo frames and EXIF-style overlays. You are responsible for the photos you import, edit, export, and share. You must have the rights needed to use any photo you process with the app.
Local processing
FrameStory performs photo editing locally on your device. The app is provided as a creative tool and does not guarantee that every image will contain readable EXIF metadata.
In-app purchases
FrameStory may offer optional Pro access through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account is charged through the App Store.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases on the same Apple ID.
- Refunds, billing, and cancellation handling are governed by Apple's App Store policies.
Free and Pro features
Free features and Pro features may change over time. If a feature requires Pro access, the app will show the available purchase options before charging you.
No warranty
FrameStory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of FrameStory.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
