What to include

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The FrameStory app version.
• A short description of what happened and the steps to reproduce it.
• For purchase issues, mention whether you tried Restore Purchases. Do not send payment card details.

Common notes

• No account is required to use FrameStory.
• Photo editing and EXIF overlay rendering happen locally on your device.
• If a photo has no readable EXIF metadata, FrameStory may show a manual-entry or missing-info state.
• App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
