• Your device model and iOS version.
• The FocusCraft app version.
• A short description of what happened and the steps to reproduce it.
• For purchase issues, mention whether you tried Restore Purchases. Do not send payment card details.

Common notes

• No account is required to use FocusCraft.
• Focus sessions, energy, streaks, and town progress are stored locally on your device.
• Notification permission is optional. Timers can still run without marketing notifications.
• App Store subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.
